studying my ass off...cant complete a thought so here are a bunch of incomplete ones:

christmas songs on the radio a month before christmas. what genius thought that up? by the time christmas rolls around, i wanna tear my ears off.

i saw the new tom cruise movie tonite. very good. they left most of the fighting to those that actually know how. if you thought braveheart was dramatic, you're in for a treat. i almost spilled a tear or two. a couple of things...how the hell does he become a master samauri in 6 months? (no, i didnt ruin the movie for you. chill.)

we're almost done dissecting the body. only a week left but i'm not sure if there's a week's worth of tissue left. today, we split the lady's head behind her ears down through the neck separating the esophagus and the vertebral column. basically, we cut her head off...its only attached to the rest of the body by the front half of the neck. its weird setting the face on the her chest.

enough about that. its snowing like crazy right now and its not gonna stop til sunday. our genius governor mcgreevy decides to send out 2 plow trucks for 1 hour at a time. friggin dumbass. meanwhile, the snow is piling up outside which makes it really difficult to drive to school. that sucks cause i have exams in a week.

my internet connection is weird. i have a  wireless router and i lose the connection really often and i'm forced to restart the router. what the hell is going on? anyone got a clue?

i live in a converted garage and the wall in the closet is not completely blocked off from the rest of the garage. the rest of the house is 72 while my room is about 40 right now. any ladies wanna keep me warm?

there are these things called phat sandwhiches. my favorite is the phat phillipino. chicken tenders, mozzerella sticks, fries, beef, hot sauce and special sauce. i can only eat it once a month or i'll die and i dont wanna die.

i'm watching wild on E right now and brooke burke is hot stuff. she's eating a hotdog...

mt. killington for a class ski trip early next semester. girls gone wild is supposed to be there. counting the days...

i'm starving but i'm lifting again and trying to eat healthy. damn salads. dont people know that you only eat salads to keep you regular enough to eat meat? trust me, i'm in med school...

i'm tired...time to recharge the batteries...til next time.

daaaaamn i've been busy. nothing but studying. no life to talk about except for a couple rounds of golf here and there. well, except that i got my internet at home finally. its been a long time without IM. One good thing tho. I got an ipod (20G). i thought it'd be nice way to spend my loan money after living off of my last paycheck and security deposit from philly.

update on the body: she wasnt well preserved so her tissues are rotting. there's fungus everywhere, it smells like hell, and her fat and clotted blood are liquifying...*sigh* on to the abdomen and pelvis...

well, i'll be in philly for thanksgiving so gimme a call that weekend if you're gonna be there.

hopefully my next entry will be more exciting.

so its prolly about time i updated. i cant believe its been over a month since i was in LA tanning on the beach. fyi, i still have the funky tan lines from when i went golfing...yup, right around the ankles and the shoulders. anyway, when i got back, it was time to move up to piscataway, nj. it took me 4 trips to get all my shit up there and my room wasnt even ready to be moved into. it was halfway into my orientation when i was finally able to get settled in and organized. at least we have maid service once a month. its actually mexican family that does the cleaning and they do a really good job...they even make my bed and move all my papers to one side of the desk and everything. i'm not sure if they do windows tho...

ah, school. ah, anatomy lab...the class that everyone associates med school with. it was the weirdest feeling walking into the lab with like 40 bodies covered in white plastic sheets on top of 40 gurneys. oh god that smell. it permeates your pores even through the gloves. i couldnt sleep after the first nite cause i could still smell the body on my hands. but it has got to be the coolest experience ever. we started dissecting the back and finally sawed through the spinal column a few days ago to expose the spine (the actual nerve tissue). i think its safe to say that our bodies are pretty resilient. weird part is our lady was without a left trapezius muscle (pretty much the largest muscle in the back). our profs couldnt figure out why...just said she might have been born without it. all i know is after seeing how med students actually rip up the human body, there's no friggin way i'm donating my body to science. i'm rather fond of it and it has much sentimental value.

i'm also happy to report that my classmates are pretty chill and not stuck up like i thought they'd be. no cute girlies tho. hmph! but at least i get to TA the physcian assitant students! woohoo! (45 out of the 50 are girls. and they're not half bad!)

neways, that's all for now. i've been speding a lot of time up in nyc (like the last 4 weekends) so if you guys are gonna be around here, gimme a call!
